As our Annual Summer Sale’17 is in progress, we thought of sharing why our Sales are one of the most celebrated events amongst the GENERATION family. Here are 5 facts that you probably don’t know about them:
When it’s our Annual Sale, why be selective? We feel that you should get some authentic retail therapy and that’s why ALL of our stock (including our Luxury Pret line “Ming” and FORMALS), across ALL our stores and online, is marked down during both our Sales!
Shopping comes with its own share of after-thoughts! Don’t fret: you can get products exchanged within 10 days of purchase at any Generation store- for size, colour or even a new style, at their current price. Just keep the tags and receipts safe with you!
While we do not provide direct online exchanges, you are still more than welcome to write to us if you are dissatisfied with the look and feel of a product. In this case, we can provide two solutions: We can direct you for an exchange to our nearest store or you can courier the product back to our HQ, in exchange for a new product.
What could be better than buying all new GENERATION styles at unbelievable discounts? That’s right: we do not hold our production during our Sale season. Unless we announce a new season entirely, shop all our new styles with prices already slashed.
You may not notice it but every week, we not only add new styles but also reduce prices further on many existing styles. Even better, our samples also go up on sale. So be on the lookout, for the style you thought gone might have its sample waiting on our racks for you!
The satisfaction of having points added to our Loyalty Card is surreal, right? While you may not be able to redeem the points on your Loyalty Card, you can surely add points to it each time you shop from our Sale! Just request our sales staff to do so.
